1) SilverHawks rawk. I fear that re-watching may be a disappointment, if my tracking down of "Visionaries" and old "Voltron" stuff is any indication, but in my head, they rawk.
2) It's a fun, dynamic design with a reasonably limited palette that seems like it ought to work well for screen printing. The gradient spiral in the back is a nice element to give it a background without distracting. from the linework.
3) While I understand from a composition standpoint why the left wing swoops up, in relation to the head / neck on the hawk, the anatomy looks wrong to me, as if that wing is attached at the spine rather than the shoulder. Because it's important to the composition, you might be better off "turning" the hawk's organics more toward the camera than moving the wing.
